Sunday 29th October

Crigg U15s continued their improvement despite going out of the Wakefield Cup to Eastmoor from the league above.  Andy Wells and Rob Hallas both had big games, whilst Nick Pluskota scored the Crigg try in a game that showed how far the team has already come since the start of the season.

Sunday 8th October

The U15s persistence paid off, with a fine 28-21 victory at home to Oulton.  Despite trailing for much of the match their never say die attitude saw them claw their way back into the game.  There were tries for Rob Hallas and Jamie Wainwright, with two each for Nick Pluskota and the outstanding Luke Kenny, named as Man of the Match.  Gareth Roberts added a couple of goals.

Sunday 1st October

Crigglestone All Blacks' suffered a double defeat at the hands of Hunslet Parkside.  The Under 13s were unlucky to lose by a last minute try, whilst the Under 15s never gave in against much more experienced opposition.  Jamie Stakes was Crigg's top tackler, whilst captain Nick Pluskota and debutant Andy Wells both epitomised the tremendous spirit developing amongst the Under 15s this year.

Sunday 25th September

The Under 15s got their season underway with a spirited performance against Doncaster Toll Bar.  Crigg fielded eight debutants, and were always going to find it tough against much more experienced opposition. Eddie Bennett with the try, Chris Higgins at hooker and powerful prop Tom Sutcliffe all had fine first games.  Sutcliffe showed great footwork for a big lad, indicating that there is much more to come from this team as they play more games.  The experienced trio of Jamie Wainwright, Jordan Foster and Rob Hallas all had a good match.  Man of the match Hallas, led by example from start to finish and inspired his new team mates to battle on to the final whistle.
