Under 11

 

Saturday 30th September

 

Crigg Under 11s showed spirit in their defeat to Shaw Cross.  Some excellent rugby saw the scores level at halftime. After the break Crigg gave their all, with most improved player Jake Jordan putting in a couple of good runs and tackles.  Adam Swift received man of the match for his continued effort in his last 3 appearances whilst Sam Richardson earned himself top tackler after chasing his opponent the full length of the field and making the tackle of the match right on the try line.

 

Saturday 23rd September

 

A new look Under 11s produced a stirring second half fight-back against Oulton.  Trailing at the turnaround Crigg nilled their opponents in the second half. Player of the match Jordan Bartholomew led the fight-back and was outstanding claming all 3 tries.

 

Saturday 10th/Sunday 11th June

 

The U10s drew a fantastic game at Smawthorne.  Jordan Bartholemew and Josh Abbott got the Crigg tries, whilst Owen Firth's outstanding all round display earned him the man of the match award.  Peter Spurr was voted most improved for a fine display, whilst Jonah Mellor was top tackler.
